  1. What kind of shoes can I trade in?
    • You can trade in gently worn shoes like sneakers or running shoes that are still usable after cleaning. No holes or broken soles, please! We refurbish them for Africa.
    • Check for more standards.
    1. How do I send my shoes to you?
      • Pack your old shoes in a box or bag, visit our Trade-In Page for instructions and shipping address,then ship them to us. You’ll cover postage—usually $5-$10 via USPS.
      1. Can I send more than one pair at a time?
        • Yes, send as many pairs as you’d like in one box—you cover shipping, around $5-$10.
        1. What if my shoes don’t meet the standards?
          • If they’re too worn out (like holes or broken soles), we’ll email you and recycle them. Your discount still counts no matter what! Thank you for your effort!

          1. How do I get new shoes discount?
            • Send us your old shoes, when you buy new shoes on our website, choose below, and get $10 off and 6 random decorations for your new shoes. Easy peasy!

            Shoe Destination & Charity

            1. Where do my old shoes end up? How do you ensure they reach Africa?
              • They’re cleaned up and sent to the Third Worlds via our NGO partners like Shoes4Africa. Over 15,000 pairs donated so far! We team up with trusted NGOs who handle distribution.
              1. Can I track where my shoes go?
                • Right now as a starter bussiness, we can’t track individual pairs, but we’ll email you when they reach Africa with our next shipment update. But we are definatly going to develop a system in our stage II to make sure you see your old shoes' next step.
                1. Can I just donate shoes without buying them?
                  • Totally! Send your shoes anytime (postage is on you, about $5-$10). Visit our Trade-In Page for the address——No purchase needed!

                  1. Can I return shoes if I don’t like them?
                    • Yes, return unworn shoes within 30 days for a full refund. You cover return shipping.
                    1. What if my shoes are defective?
